Despite missing several rounds and withdrawing from two races, Repsol Honda rider Marc Marquez has broken the record for the most falls in the MotoGP season with 27. Marquez, who is known for his aggressive riding style, joked about needing to break a record this year. He attributes his high number of falls to his determination and commitment to pushing himself and the bike to the limit. Marquez’s teammate, Joan Mir, is second on the list with 23 falls, bringing the combined total for the Repsol Honda duo to 50. Marquez finished 13th in the race following his 27th fall but remains focused on improving their situation in the upcoming races. Mir and LCR’s Takaaki Nakagami also crashed during the main race.
